Case Study Overview
Trinity Apex Land Assemblage
Idlewild transformed more than 1,700 acres into a fully entitled, master-planned mixed-use development, completing the largest approved land development and annexation in the Town of Apex. Through strategic acquisition, engineering, and entitlement, the team unlocked significant value across multiple parcels and uses. The project culminated in successful dispositions to a national homebuilder, retail developer, and real estate investment fund—demonstrating Idlewild’s ability to take complex land opportunities from vision to value.
