Idlewild transformed more than 130 acres in Raleigh’s Centennial Arena district into a dynamic mixed-use destination directly across from PNC Arena and Carter-Finley Stadium. From acquisition and entitlement through horizontal and vertical development, the team managed the project through buildout and disposition. Today, the completed development includes residential, Class A office, hospitality, dining, education, and retail uses—demonstrating Idlewild’s ability to create value through complex, large-scale development.
